2. JURISDICTION
AcceptLN.com is governed by El Salvador law. All disputes are resolved under El Salvador jurisdiction, even if you visit from another country.
3. ROUTING FEES
AcceptLN.com will estimate your outbound routing fee for claiming your payment ahead of time. We reserve the right to estimate at our discretion and use our internal recent averages. This means sometimes the actual routing fee we pay will be less than our estimate and sometimes the actual routing fee will be more than our estimate. Over-estimated routing fees are not eligible for refund, as they contribute to our average. If we are unable to route your claim to you within a reasonable range (at our discretion), we reserve the right to charge additional routing fees as needed for a manual payout to you.
4. INACTIVITY FEES
AcceptLN.com does not charge a service fee for payments claimed within 60 days. After 60 days, an inactivity fee is charged against your payment daily. This makes AcceptLN.com free of service fees for the vast majority of users, discourages using our service as a long term wallet (not allowed), and creates a revenue stream for AcceptLN.com from deliquent accounts. Our inactivity fee is 200% APR, calculated and charged daily. Please note carefully: this means 8 months after your original payment date the entire payment is forfieted. AcceptLN.com is not to be used as a long term wallet and is not responsible for confirming contact with you during the inactivity period.
4. EMAILS
